Green Herringbone Tweed Blazer

A country-weight tweed jacket woven in a moss-green herringbone, overlaid with a faint windowpane in rust and slate that only reads at close range. The cloth is a coarse-spun pure wool with flecks of ochre and blue running through it, so the colour shifts with the light — sage indoors, deeper olive outdoors. Notch lapel, two-button front, welted chest pocket and flapped hip pockets, finished with rounded horn-look buttons in oxblood at the front and four to a cuff.

The cut is tailored rather than loose: a lightly padded shoulder, a defined waist and a clean back with a single centre vent, so it holds a shape without feeling stiff. Fully lined, with enough room through the chest to sit over a heavy rib-knit crewneck — which is how it's shown here, with black denim and tan monk straps. Wears equally well over a plain white shirt for something sharper. Dry clean only; brush the nap down after wearing and let the wool rest a day between outings.
